Happy Birthday Eastside and Thank You

We got to the radio station this morning and found this delightful email in our inbox. It put a great big smile on our faces. In fact it made us so happy we just had to share it with you.

Happy birthday and thank you

Hello my name is Justin and my daughter Magnus (20 months old) has always been your biggest fan since birth. Your station is the only thing that calmed her to sleep and listen to since she was born.

She naturally loves Blues and Jazz, and sings as well as dances to it all the time.

Magnus loves Louis Armstrong, Tom Watts (song Chicago she loves), Kiri and the Bruise, many of the Savoy collection and Dee Dee Bridgewater.

She has now got a small drum kit that she plays to your station.

We just wanted to thank you for all of the nights she slept soundly and the great times she had listening to your station.
