Jazz In Continuum Concert – 22nd July – 2pm
Want a sneak-peek of tomorrow’s jazz stars? East Side Radio is proud to present Jazz in Continuum – a program initiative launched to expand the appreciation of jazz to a younger audience. Back for its third year, the Jazz in Continuum concert will showcase our local young jazz enthusiasts, and give them a fantastic opportunity to play alongside the talents of guitarist James Muller, drummer Tim Firth, and bassist Phil Stack (of Thirsty Merc).
Hosted by Aussie jazz vocalists Sally Cameron and Emma Pask, it’s a chance for Sydney’s youth to perform for their peers and our East Side listeners, and experience what it is like to be a professional musician. The show will be broadcast live on East Side radio.
Come along on Sunday 22nd July at 2pm at the Paddington RSL Club on Oxford st for Jazz In Continuum, Tickets are $5.
Listen in for our regular Jazz in Continuum program at 7pm on Sundays on East Side 89.7 FM, where every week young musicians take to the air to talk about their music, their musical influences and what’s driving their jazz creativity.
