Monsters Dont Sleep OK! is the Sydney based producer’s first album in eight years, and he has returned with a bang!

Fusing a whole host of genres including soul, funk, hip hop, dub, gypsy and disco, Meem has created an album that begs you to hit the dance floor. The sound is fresh and unique as skilfully chosen vocal samples, solid beats and grooving basslines have you head nodding without you even realising.

An exceptionally fun album, the theme not only runs throughout the music but also in the artwork and design. Originally released as a limited edition of 200 copies only, the CD is packaged on a perspex cut-out monster design inside a 12” plastic record sleeve. However due to popular demand re-issues of the CD have already been re-run. Very refreshing to see such a highly underrated producer having his innovative sound appreciated with such demand.
