Our own Luke Nguyen of yum-fabulous TV cooking series and co-owner of Red Lantern Restaurant, Surry Hills,  Sydney, is also involved in a project for training disadvantaged kids in Vietnam in the art of hospitality.

The project is called LITTLE LANTERN.
