In this week’s episode of Art’s Tuesday Phillip Patterson and Micaela Ellis, both students at NIDA( National Institute of Dramatic Art) discussed the school’s participation in the 2019 Mardi Gras Parade in Sydney.
The students talked about the importance of LGBTQIA+ representation, the details of their project and how the idea came about.
It is the first time time that the school is doing a Mardi gras float, which includes choreography, costumes and other elements showcasing NIDA’s talents.
