The victory of Independent Dr Kerryn Phelps in Wentworth, a historically blue-ribbon Liberal seat and electorate of knifed ex Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has taken a big toll on the Government.
With an election approaching, many people are keen to see what will happen in the Warringah electorate, home of arguably one of the most controversial Liberal backbenchers and ex Prime Minister Tony Abbott.
