Spooks in the Park
It’s almost Halloween, and Centennial Park is just the place to go hunting for ghosts. Imagine being chased by a ghoul, goaded by a ghost, climbing through a wicked spider’s web and following maps to find the clues that lead you to a prize!
From midday on Saturday 26th October, Centennial Park will be overrun with creepy spooks and malevolent magicians. Spooks in the Park is a fun and family friendly Halloween occasion. Part trail of clues, part obstacle course, all adventure, the event will be hosted on Sydney’s only permanent orienteering course in Centennial Park.
After the huge success of last year’s event, the spooks are back again this year, bigger and better. There will be zombie runs, spooky games, and wicked witches out to trap you!
Spooks in the Park is suitable for kids aged 6 to 14 years. Come in your hairiest, scariest costume, and be ready to use your legs, your brain, and your courage. Follow the signs around the wilds of the park, figure out the trail, and keep clear of the monsters.
Created and presented by a partnership between Centennial Parklands and Orienteering NSW.
