The group have found a niche sound for themselves as they straddle organically and delicately between blues, country, jazz and roots music. The subtlety of The Field’s play is the key to their success, as the band sooth and lull you through a hazy spring field, but also occasionally throw in an unpredictable drum line to keep you hooked and in tune with the sound.
