The inaugural SIMA International Women’s Jazz Festival is nearly here!

Great women, great voices, great jazz – check out the inaugural Sydney International Women’s Jazz Festival from 7 – 17 November at The Sound Lounge, Chippendale!

Hosted by the Sydney Improvised Music Association (SIMA), The Sydney International Jazz Festival offers up a number of bands and female artists from all over the world, including French talent Cyrille Aimee (pictured below) performing alongside Australian songstresses Sandy Evans, Andrea Keller (pictured left) and Gian Slater.

There’s even a sunny Saturday afternoon in the Seymour Centre Courtyard, listening to performances by the awesome Zoe and the Buttercups as well as Jess Green’s Pre-loved, totally free! Do not miss this unique opportunity to see how women jazz it up!
