Dean Mason, Michael Kieran Harvey and Jeremie Bracka join me today. My first guest, actor Dean Mason chats about a wild and thought-provoking new theatrical production at 107 Projects – The Light Box. Australian playwright, Natalia Savvides, explores the concept of ‘love” – how it’s impossible to predict who you will love, who will love you in return, and whether or not your world is the real world. Where do the boundaries of these mercurial aspects of life begin and end? This multi-sensory theatre experience links the real tragedy of a fractured family to a bizarre world of talking birds and spoons in lab coats.

Michael Kieran Harvey will deliver an all-Australian program featuring three works: his own acclaimed Psychosonata – Piano Sonata No. 2 (2012), the world premiere of Elliott Gyger’s brand new cycle of etudes, Inferno – based on Dante’s vision of Hell, and Raymond Hanson’s virtuosic Piano Sonata of 1963.
