Another of Adam Simmons’ many projects, Collider’s latest album blends strings with brass and drums exploring the boundaries of jazz and sound with influences taken from Russian and Japanese literature.

Norwegian label Hubro are home to some fantastic experimental jazz projects. Splashgirl fall under this category and their latest release is probably closer to minimalism and ambient music than jazz. A release definitely for those who are fans of The Necks!

The first album from the great UK underground label Wah Wah 45’s features an array of their electronic and dancefloor orientated back catalogue tracks. Definitely one to get down to on your Saturday nights!
