The Sun Chasers Collective hit Jazz Club this Wednesday

We’ve partied with The Latin Jazz Suite, boogied on down to Funkdafied DJs and last week we grooved with the coolest … The Sham Coop.

This Wednesday at Hunky Dory Social Club, its time to chill out to the solar powered sounds of The Sun Chasers Collective….world groove, afrobeat, dub reggae, funk, jazz.  A band of Sydney musicians brought together by the need to play gigs outside using the sun to power their instruments. They harness the sun’s energy using the SUN CATCHER – a mobile solar powered generator designed and built by Eden Ottignon, their bassist.

Hear them live on the Groovescooter show TONIGHT – Tuesday 6.30pm with Georgie and Paris.
