Tim Ross is back in town with the hilarious ‘Man About The House’

Tim Ross MATHContinuing on with its increasingly successful events line-up, the Historic Houses Trust is presenting an evening of top-shelf Australian stand-up with Tim Ross in ‘Man About The House’.

Ross (a.k.a Rosso, of TV and radio fame), is a self-confessed “modernist architecture tragic”, and it’s therefore fitting that the performance should be held in Sydney’s iconic Rose Seidler House in Wahroonga (pictured). Over the past year Tim and his co-performer, musician Kit Warhurst, have travelled the country and across the globe performing the show in a variety of modernist houses.

Ross is no stranger to performance. In 2001 he helped launch the Nova network. A breakfast show with Merrick Watts became Sydney’s most popular radio program. On TV, ‘Rosso’ featured on three seasons of the Logie nominated Unplanned on the Nine Network. He has also featured in The B-Team (Network Ten) and The Merrick and Rosso Show (Foxtel) and has made guest appearances on shows such as All SaintsSpicks and Specks and Rove Live.RSH_Exterior

Along the way he’s picked up numerous ACRA radio awards and in 2010 released his first book, Mum had a Kingswood. Tim is currently a contributor to Men’s Style Australia and Rolling Stone and writes a monthly column, ‘Rosso’s Sydney’, for The (Sydney) Magazine in The Sydney Morning Herald.

This show will leave you asking, how can so many strange things happen to one man?
