Are you currently working in the community services sector and have valuable skills,
but no qualification to match?
WAYS Youth Training is asking for expressions of interest from workers who have sector experience and would be interested in gaining a Certificate IV in Community Services.

THE COURSE ALSO INCLUDES:
– Project based work and networking with peers
– Career guidance and working on individual experience, skills and strengths
– Assistance with application to work environment including site visit to workplace, or assistance with job support as required
– Links to further education and training pathways
– One on one tutoring and support where required
– Links to support and other community services
– Relevant guest speakers as needed covering a range of fields (youth, aged care, disability, Indigenous, CALD, and more)

WHAT & WHO: CHC42015 Certificate IV in Community Services as a professional development and networking opportunity for existing community services workers or those who have sector experience

WHERE: WAYS Youth & Family Bondi Junction

DATES: October 21, 2017-March 10, 2017

TIMES: Every Saturday, 9am – 5pm

COST: The normal cost for a Certificate IV course is $6000; however, WYT has access to some subsidised funding under the Smart and Skilled program. This can mean, depending on your circumstances, you could be fully funded or only required to pay up to $2320. As a suggestion, your employers may be prepared to subsidise this as part of your professional development.
