We’re going mad!

They say there’s a fine line between insanity and genius, but we’re pretty sure that the Shir Madness Jewish Music Festival is an idea worthy of Einstein… if he were a music festival coordinator that is. Despite what the name implies, the only thing mad about this festival is the amount of music packed into one day!

With over 40 acts across 5 stages, Shir Madness is an eclectic mix of the best in Jewish music. Whether you want to relax with some reggae, tap your toes to folk or jump up and dance to Klezmer, you’ll find it all at Bondi Beach on March 25th. There’s also choral, ladino, Chassidic, Israeli, jazz, cabaret, blues, funk and rap – the challenge is trying to squeeze all of it in!

The huge line-up is better than ever, offering something for everyone. Our favourites are Monsieur Camembert, Simon Tedeschi, Dereb the Ambassador, The Barons of Tang, My Sauce Good and Israeli pop sensation Mosh Ben Ari.
